I. Course Overview

This course systematically introduces nanomaterials and devices: size effects, 0D/1D/2D structures, synthesis, characterization, and applications in electronics, optoelectronics, magnetism, catalysis, energy, environment, and biomedicine. It trains students to analyze device mechanisms, discuss frontiers, and communicate academically.
